M.I.C. Industries Inc., the creator of the Ultimate Building Machine® technology, was founded in 1981. Originally manufacturing the Automatic Building Machine® (ABM®), M.I.C. invented and later introduced the microprocessor-controlled Ultimate Building Machine® (UBM®) in 1994. Now, more than 70 countries utilize M.I.C.’s mobile factories to fabricate and construct institutional, industrial, agricultural, recreational, commercial and military buildings.

As the inventor and sole global manufacturer of the revolutionary UBM, M.I.C. retains over 50 patents. M.I.C. maintains a sophisticated research and development program that continues to improve its product line.

M.I.C.’s executive staff and Board of Advisors include former senior leaders of the U.S. Government who are experts in planning and executing rapidly deployable construction and humanitarian projects. Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Michael S. Ansari and his executive staff bring a wealth of business, industrial and political experience to M.I.C., while the Board of Advisors adds a proven track record in military, government and humanitarian activities. Together they are the driving force behind M.I.C.’s dynamic growth.

Strategically located just outside of Washington, D.C., M.I.C. also maintains manufacturing, research and development facilities in Elton, Pennsylvania and an international manufacturing facility in Clear Brook, Virginia.

M.I.C. Solutions

M.I.C.’s Ultimate Building Machine® (UBM®) provides you the capability to build buildings quickly and efficiently. Complementing the UBM is a variety of ancillary products that make construction easy. The mobile insulation equipment, multi-coil feeder and construction support vehicle work in conjunction with the UBM to support your construction needs and to enhance your on-site capabilities.

Designed to build functional structures, the UBM meets a full range of needs at any remote site. Structures built with UBM are rust-free, watertight and fireproof and can last a lifetime. The UBM constructs strong, durable buildings in a large range of sizes and even expands existing structures. The M.I.C.-PROSOFT® software allows you to implement any of the pre-existing designs or create a new design to immediately construct any buildings for virtually any use, including but not limited to:

Cold storage, covered livestock pens, dairies, farming cooperatives, food storage, food processing, distribution and warehousing, hothouses, meatpacking plants, shade growth facilities and barns and stables.

Factories, laboratories, office parks, refineries and other processing plants, rest stops, roofing companies and warehouses, bus and train stations, constructions companies, covered storage for industrial waste and do-it-yourself retail locations.
